ZipPil Battery Warranty, Service and Periodic Maintenance
1. The warranty period is 2 years, provided that regular maintenance is performed and lithium battery usage instructions are followed. Batteries are guaranteed for 6 months by default from the day they are purchased. Regular maintenance extends the warranty period.
2. The user manual is sent in the box.
3. Please do not throw away the box and especially the vacuum packaging of the battery. It is recommended to use it in service and maintenance cargoes.
4. Our cargoes are free of charge, but the standard cargo arrangement process is applied in cargo damages. Therefore, before sending your battery to service or maintenance, pack it well and if the cargo is damaged when your battery returns to you, take a photo and inform us of the situation and do not accept the cargo.
5. You can follow the entire process step by step with the service number created in the first maintenance.
6. A fee is applied according to the capacity of your battery.
7. The warranty start period is the invoice date.

- If any of the 4 regular maintenances specified within 6 months from the date of purchase are missed, the warranty will expire and heavy maintenance service will not be provided afterwards. Standard service fees will be reflected without discount.
- Customers who do not accept the cost of a paid part change during heavy maintenance will pay a service fee of ₺500. In this case, the battery will be closed without any operation and the ZipPil support offered for your battery will be terminated by shipping it to you as itis.
Situations out of warranty
ZipPil warranty label being removed or torn.
Detection by our expert team that the battery was used without following the instructions for use.
Charging socket burning out
Fuses exploding. A spare fuse is sent in the package.
Trying to force the ignition key and turn it on
Deformations in the places where the battery is inserted and removed from its slot on the bike
Broken handle of the battery (if any)
Other breaks and scratches on the battery case
WARNING: There is a higher risk of leakage, corrosion, burning and explosion in lithium batteries used in the production of batteries that are not used in accordance with the instructions for use and are not regularly maintained.
