What is Assembly Registration Form?

Registration of assembly means that the product is sold and hit the road for the manufacturer. Thus, all of the services of relevant brand in all Turkey will be able open screens of the relevant brand to follow, maintenance, repair and fix your e-bike either free of charge (if under warranty) or with charge easily. 

After completing the warranty form, our after-sales service representatives will forward your assembly registration to the department of the relevant brand and the warranty of your electric bike will begin after they have made the necessary checks.

After the warranty has started, our customer representatives will send you a warranty document on your behalf.

Now you can make all the maintenance and repair of the respective authorized service of the relevant brand in Turkey.

If there is no authorized service for the relevant brand in your location, please contact our customer representative so that we can arrange a service for you from our service center.
