The shipping fee of small products such as spare parts and accessories is a cost-effective fixed shipping fee with discounts we receive from contracted shipping companies. If you are at a point where cargo companies cannot reach, we deliver to your town, village and your door with PTT Cargo.

E-Bike Delivery

Istanbul orders 1-day delivery!

The electric bike you have purchased is unpacked by our authorized service personnel, installed and tested and put back in its box and delivered to our Istanbul logistic department. Our staff in charge of shipment gives the package to one of our agreed cargo companies, which can deliver fast in Istanbul city center. Then your electric bike will be delivered and you can start the riding pleasure immediately.

The electric bike you have purchased is unpacked by our authorized service personnel, installed and tested, put back in the box and delivered to the cargo company. All this process is recorded with the necessary forms, photographs and videos. However, your vehicle will be delivered to the cargo company after this service and registration.

Your electric bike product has been specially packaged for you. It is in 5-layer dopel-c quality cardboard box packaging. Inside, bubble wrap is used to prevent scratching. The cargo companies we have contracted with also carry out insured transportation.

If there is a damage or tear in the box, please do not take the cargo, keep a report and take a photo. The delivered goods will be deemed undamaged and intact.

We do not want to transport E-Bike products with classic cargo companies because the damage rate is very high and cargo companies do not stand behind the transportation. Instead, we use KargoKar and Horoz Logistics to carry your electric bike more solidly and smoother. If there is KargoKar in your location, we prefer KargoKar, otherwise we provide shipping via Horoz Logistics. KargoKar shipping takes 3-4 days, Horoz Logistics takes 5-6 days. Although these two companies seem to be carrying 1-2 days late, they definitely deliver your product to you undamaged, solid and smooth.

Because E-Bike products are basically bicycles and the product is 95% installed, there is no need for much technical knowledge to install. Every bicycle lover with an allen key can make the product work with pleasure. 85% of our products are assembled so that they can be installed without even an allen key. In fact, most of our e-bike products have installation videos on their pages. If you cannot install despite all this, you can have the services of the relevant brand in your region free of charge. If there is no service of the brand in your area, please contact our customer representative and we will arrange a service for you from our own service network.
