Period:

     Open a service record with our customer representative.
     Ship your battery to us free of charge with the code we will give you.
     As soon as we receive your battery from the cargo, let's take a photo and upload it to the service system. Let's show us how your battery came to us and record it.
     Let's do your fault finding and enter the service system.
     If you accept the repair fee, give approval from the system and start the repair process.
     If you do not accept, just pay the shipping fee and we will send your battery back.
     Let's test the repaired batteries, take their photos and upload them to the service system.
     Make your payment and we will send your cargo for free. (pay with credit card)
     Only the part of the repaired batteries that we repair or replace is guaranteed for 6 months. For example, if we changed the battery, when your BMS card fails, this is a new failure and requires a new action.
     You can track the cargo tracking number, warranty status and warranty period from our service system with your registration number.


Possible Battery Failures:

     Battery cells are dead and need to be replaced. This is because it is produced with improper use or very poor quality battery cell.
     Depending on the number of batteries in your battery, you will be offered 1-2 types of price offers, depending on the amperage. For example, your battery is 36V 10Ah, after the checks we will make, you can be given two different battery prices such as 36V 10Ah and 36V 13Ah.
     The fuse is blown. This is usually related to using the wrong charger or poor quality charger.
     BMS board is faulty. Over time, depending on use, the card may malfunction, the battery may fall to the ground and the card may be damaged.
     All circuits and batteries inside the battery are burned, dead. In this case, only the case is intact and it is recommended to purchase a new battery directly.
     We cannot diagnose malfunctions over the phone, but we can only give you an idea based on the complaints you have told. Definitive fault detection occurs after the battery reaches us and the necessary controls and tests are performed.
